About

A cleaner way for people to drop you mail.

DropUsMail turns the messy ‘email me at…’ link into a short, structured form. You define the subjects and the fields. Your visitors fill them in. Email lands in your inbox, already organised.

What it is

DropUsMail is a structured intake layer for email. Owners create a public link like dropusmail.app/to/yourname and configure a list of subject categories — “Project pitch”, “Hiring”, “Bug report”, whatever fits. Each subject gets its own set of required and optional fields. Visitors pick a subject, fill the form, sign in with their own Google account, and the email is delivered through Gmail with everything in the right place.

Why it’s useful

  • No more parsing every cold email — the subject is already chosen and the structured fields are already filled.
  • Group and triage at a glance: every send is tagged with a subject and the sender’s verified Google address.
  • Built-in analytics — daily sends, top subjects, top senders, success rate.
  • Per-link slots so a single account can power multiple intake flows (jobs, partnerships, support, …).

What it isn’t

  • Not a mass-mailing tool — outbound is gated by per-sender rate limits.
  • Not a mailing list — there is no audience, no funnels, no tracking pixels.
  • Not a replacement for your inbox — messages land in your existing Gmail.

Built on

DropUsMail is a small FastAPI backend with a Next.js app in front of it. It uses Google OAuth for both sides of the conversation and ships with a full dashboard so you can edit subjects, watch analytics, and disable a link any time.
