Guidelines

Short, sensible rules — for both sides.

DropUsMail only works if the signal stays high. Here’s what we expect from the people sending, the people receiving, and ourselves.

If you’re sending

  • Pick the subject that actually fits — it’s how the owner triages you.
  • Fill the required fields honestly. They’re what makes the message useful.
  • Write like a human. One clear message beats three vague ones.
  • Don’t spam. Every send is logged with your verified Google email.
  • No scams, harassment, illegal content, or automated blasts. You will be blocked.

If you’re the owner

  • Keep your subject list short and self-explanatory — senders pick one.
  • Only mark fields as required when you genuinely need them. Friction kills replies.
  • Don’t use DropUsMail to collect addresses for outbound marketing.
  • You can disable a slot any time from your dashboard.

What we do

  • Verify every sender via Google OAuth.
  • Rate-limit sends per sender and per owner to deter abuse.
  • Keep a full audit trail so nothing disappears silently.
