DropUsMail only works if the signal stays high. Here’s what we expect from the people sending, the people receiving, and ourselves.
If you’re sending
- Pick the subject that actually fits — it’s how the owner triages you.
- Fill the required fields honestly. They’re what makes the message useful.
- Write like a human. One clear message beats three vague ones.
- Don’t spam. Every send is logged with your verified Google email.
- No scams, harassment, illegal content, or automated blasts. You will be blocked.
If you’re the owner
- Keep your subject list short and self-explanatory — senders pick one.
- Only mark fields as required when you genuinely need them. Friction kills replies.
- Don’t use DropUsMail to collect addresses for outbound marketing.
- You can disable a slot any time from your dashboard.
What we do
- Verify every sender via Google OAuth.
- Rate-limit sends per sender and per owner to deter abuse.
- Keep a full audit trail so nothing disappears silently.
